#204. Keep A Food Log Every Day For Six Months - Week 2


This week was actually a step backwards, I think, aside from just keeping the list.
Gotta double down and make some real changes.

Start eating on a regular schedule and if you can, plan out your meals. It doesn't seem like you ever eat breakfast which really helps set the rest of the day and keeps you from over eating. Also drinking lots and lots of water helps.
